Dubai Holding Community Management (DHCM) and the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department (IACAD) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen collaboration between public and private sectors in serving mosques.
The partnership aims to establish clear policies for mosque care, streamline information exchange, and develop a sustainable, integrated model for managing and operating mosques across designated communities, upholding Dubai’s highest standards of quality and comprehensive development.
Under this agreement, DHCM and IACAD will jointly oversee mosque construction, management, and operations, including utility services. Together, we are building mosques that serve not just as places of worship, but as thriving cultural and community landmarks across Dubai.
